Building and Organising the Brain

Building the brain is about identifying and then ingesting all of the data required to build the knowledge base for your Ai. For a small restaurant, this might involve scraping the website, uploading the menu, and reading all of the Google reviews left by past customers. This relatively small narrow data set may be enough for the Ai to the do things like take and change phone reservations, or answer questions like opening hours, menu items, and restaurant policies.

For a large business though, that initial build may require far more. We might have to ingest a database of tens of thousands of products, upload hundreds of hours of recorded customer support calls, or even process a YouTube channel with dozens or even hundreds of videos.

To keep thing simple, Ai-Powered phone calls are charged at 20c/minute ($12/hour) and Ai-powered text messages range between 5c and 20c per text depending on what’s being delivered (text, audio or video files).
